qr.seun.app is a free QR code generator that runs entirely in your browser. No account required. No watermark on exports. Nothing you enter or generate is ever sent to a server.

What it generates

Six QR types, each one triggering a direct action when scanned:

  • URL — Opens any website or link. Supports an optional logo overlay centered in the code.
  • vCard+ — Adds a contact directly to the scanner's phone. Includes name, phone number, email, organisation, and LinkedIn.
  • WiFi — Connects a phone to a WiFi network without typing a password. Supports WPA2, WPA3, WEP, and open networks.
  • Phone — Opens the phone dialer with a number pre-filled, ready to call.
  • Calendar — Adds an event to any calendar app on scan. Title, date, time, location, and description.
  • SMS — Opens a pre-filled text message on the scanner's phone.

Why it was built

Most free QR code generators fail in at least one of these ways: codes that don't scan reliably across all devices, required accounts to download, watermarked outputs, or usage data sent to servers without disclosure.

The reliability failure is the most damaging — particularly with vCard codes, which routinely scan correctly on one phone and fail on another. For anything going to print, that's unacceptable. This tool was built specifically to fix that. Every QR code generated follows the established standards strictly and is tested to work across iOS, Android, and all major QR scanners.
